Problems arose because of the adopted state budget for 2021, did not take into account the additional need for the Ministry of Defense of 5.7 billion UAH.
These funds are needed to carry out one-time mandatory types of payments, payment of additional remuneration to those involved in the Joint Forces Operation, and other additional benefits to servicemen.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense reported that the monthly monetary provision of military personnel of the Armed Forces in 2021 pays on time and in full.
Earlier, it became known that the arrears of the Ministry of Defense on mandatory payments to the military is already 1.5 billion UAH.
To solve this problem, it is necessary to amend the budget of the Ministry of Defense, which will enable to finance all legislation for military in full.
